I've been doing Jillian Michaels 30-day shred. I really like it. I did it the other day and I'm still sore. I just lay my baby on a mat and he likes watching me jump around. Nice full-body workout, too.

honestly, i think it's just awkward running while pushing something. jogging strollers are great, but they're not the same as running solo.
i have a BOB revolution and it's awesome, but it feels awkward.
